I spent 6 years building Infusionsoft

I started at Infusionsoft as the 6th employee and the entire Customer Support team. Over the course of the next 6 years as Infusionsoft grew to 150 employees, I worked in a variety of roles including Sales, Implementation, and Marketing. It was kind of crazy jumping from role to role, I’ve heard that happens at growing companies…

Most of my time was spent in Product Management and Design. That’s where the party really happens at Infusionsoft and I loved it. My job was to talk to customers and figure out what they needed out of the software, and then work with the developers to make it happen while balancing the ever present needs of the company. I learned a ton and had a blast.

The best part of it all was being so closely involved with every feature AND being able to work with the customers to see all the cool ways they were using it. Now I get to use that experience to unleash Infusionsoft for small businesses and entrepreneurs. I love it!
